Pengaruh Kedisiplinan Guru Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 009 Kepenghuluan Rokan Baru Pesisir Kecamatan Pekaitan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of teacher discipline on students' learning motivation at SD Negeri 009 Kepenghuluan Rokan Baru Pesisir, Pekaitan District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The number of respondents in this study was 15 people. The sampling technique in this research is total sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires and documentation. After the data was collected, it was analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques. Based on the presentation and analysis of the data, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between teacher discipline (X) and learning motivation (Y) at SD Negeri 009 Kepenghuluan Rokan Baru Pesisir Pekaitan District, Rokan Hilir Regency. Based on the calculations, the correlation coefficient for variables X and Variable Y is 0.617. So it can be concluded that there is a very sufficient relationship between teacher discipline and student learning motivation. Teacher discipline has a positive effect on student learning motivation by 38.1%. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that there is a relationship between teacher discipline and student learning motivation at SD Negeri 009
