Komunikasi Interpersonal Orang Tua Dengan Anak Dalam Menanamkan Nilai Ibadah Sholat Di RT 018 RW 005 Kelurahan Rimba Melintang Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interpersonal communication between parents and their children in instilling the value of prayer in RT 018 RW 005, Rimba Melintang Village, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. The data were obtained from the head of RW 005, the head of RT 018, and eight heads of families in RT 018 RW 005, Rimba Melintang Village, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentation. After the data were collected, they were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results indicate that interpersonal communication between parents and children in instilling the value of prayer in RT 018 RW 005, Rimba Melintang Village, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency is ineffective because some parents still communicate in an ineffective manner, lack a positive attitude, and have difficulty aligning their perceptions with their children. And instilling religious values ​​in children is quite good, but it requires parental firmness in implementing the method of instilling the values ​​of prayer. Furthermore, parents also encounter communication barriers in the form of technical and psychological barriers.
