Penerapan Manajemen Organisasi Panti Asuhan di Panti Asuhan Husnul Khotimah Kabupaten Batubara

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of organizational management functions in achieving organizational goals and the supporting and inhibiting factors in organizational management. The type of research used is a qualitative method. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. By taking this approach, researchers conducted research to produce descriptive data related to the organizational management implemented by the Husnul Khotimah orphanage. From the findings of researchers in the field, it can be seen that the process of implementing organizational management in orphanages is as follows: first, planning the direction of the orphanage. Second, organizing, placing people who have the qualities they have. Third, the movements carried out by the management in managing the organization through their respective fields. Fourth, the supervision carried out mostly by administrators for orphanage children is the final evaluation stage. Supporting factors in the organizational management process are the presence of qualified human resources, sincerity from each administrator, support from the community. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors in organizational management are inadequate funding and space. The application of organizational management in this research is the process of implementing management functions (planning, organizing, mobilizing, monitoring up to the evaluation stage) which are carried out effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the goals of the Husnul Khotimah orphanage
