Hubungan Pengelolaan Perpustakaan dengan Motivasi Belajar Siswa MTS Al Furqon Raja Bejamu Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

This research aims to determine the relationship between library management and student motivation at MTs Al Furqon Raja Bejamu, Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The aim of this research is that the sampling technique in this research is total sampling, namely taking the entire population to be used as a sample. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire. The data obtained was analyzed using the Linear Regression Formula using SPSS.16. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between library management and student motivation at MTs Al Furqon Raja Bejamu, Sinaboi District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This is shown from the questions asked through the questionnaire given to respondents. Data analysis shows that . that library management has an influence on student learning motivation at MTs Al Furqon Sinaboi, Rokan Hilir Regency, has an influence on library management on student learning motivation, has a standard error estimate of 3,256. This shows that the Library Management Variable has an influence on student learning motivation at MTs Al Furqon. This is shown by the results of the t test, where the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (0.000<0.05). The magnitude of the influence of library management at MTs Al Furqon Education in Rokan Hilir Regency is 42.1%.
