Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of principal supervision on teacher performance at the 009 Rokan Baru Pesisir State Elementary School, Pekaitan District, Rokan Hilir Regency. Pekaitan, Rokan Hilir Regency "The population in this research is Guu at State Elementary School 009 Rokan Baru Pesisir, Pekaitan District, Rokan Hilir Regency. Meanwhile, the sample in this research was taken entirely from the population. The sampling technique in this research is total sampling, namely taking the entire population to be used as a sample. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire. The data obtained was analyzed using the Linear Regression Formula using SPSS.16. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence of the principal's supervision on teacher performance at the State Elementary School 009 Rokan Baru Pesisir, Pekaitan District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The conclusion of these results is that the Headmaster's Supervision is on Teacher Performance at the State Elementary School 009 Rokan Baru Pesisir, Pekaitan District, Rokan Hilir Regency There is an influence of Principal Supervision on Teacher Performance, it has a standard error estimate of 3,156. This shows that: The Principal Supervision variable has an influence on Teacher Performance at State Elementary School 009 Rokan Baru Pesisir, Pekaitan District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This is shown by the results of the t test, where the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The magnitude of the influence of principal supervision at State Elementary School 009 Rokan Baru Pesisir Pekaitan District, Rokan Hilir Regency is 42.1%.
