Distribusi Zakat dalam Persepektif Hukum Islam di Kecamatan Pekaitan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

Abstract

This research aims to determine the distribution of Zakat from the perspective of Islamic law in Pekaitan District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The population in this research is the community in Pekaitan District, Rokan Hilir Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection in this research used interviews. The data obtained and analyzed shows that the distribution of individual wealth from an Islamic law perspective in Pekaitan District, Rokan Hilir Regency, a. Zakat, b. Inheritance, c. Prohibition of Hoarding. Factors that influence the distribution of individual wealth from the perspective of Islamic law in Pekaitan District, Rokan Hilir Regency. In Islam there are three components of justice in economics, namely, first, equality of freedom and opportunity for all members of society to utilize natural resources, second, justice in transactions and third fairness in distribution.
